This Weeks progress report features Barry Luedke. Barry came to us to prepare for his
first season as a collegiate offensive lineman. His goals were to improve his strength,
explosive power, and add significant muscle mass to his 6’6 frame. These are some of
Barry’s numbers through the first 9 weeks of preparation.
Squat: + 95 lbs.
Bench: + 30 lbs.
VJ: + 2″
muscle mass: + 19 lbs.
Barry’s work ethic and commitment to success would suggest that these
improvements are just the beginning of many good things to come.
