This weeks off-season progress report features future collegiate linebacker
Tanner Clem. He is currently wrapping up a 12 week prep program as he
gets ready to report to camp. To date he has made the following improvements.
20 yard dash: -.25 seconds
pro agility: – . 40 seconds
vertical jump: + 5 inches
Squat: + 50 lbs
Bench: + 45 lbs
Muscle mass: + 15 lbs
Body fat: – 3%
Tanner has shown exceptional dedication to his training, as well as nutrition
and recovery. His commitment to excellence would serve any athlete well and
we are excited to follow his collegiate career.
