The Next Level Performance Wrestling / MMA training program is typically performed in the off-season, with multiple start dates to meet the needs of high school and collegiate athletes. Our mixed martial arts program is generally started 6 week prior to competition. Participants in our program average 3- 4 training days per
week that encompass all aspects that factor into becoming a superior athlete. These
include speed, strength, power, conditioning, mobility, nutrition, and recovery.
