SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends confirmation and reminder messages to members who have enrolled in a training program with Next Level Performance LLC through our website at nextlevelperformancecenter.com, or via our sign-up forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include enrollment confirmations, training reminders, program updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

The free 1-week trial is available to new members only and may be cancelled at any time before the trial period ends with no charge. Following the trial, a monthly membership fee will apply unless cancelled.
Payment information provided through the Site is encrypted and processed securely. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchased services.
